We return to eat Puglia at the Rome Film Festival. The Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone opens its doors in Foodopolis, the city of taste, a healthy carrier of Puglia food, products and style.

Eleven days of street food, cafeteria, restaurant, cellar, cocktail bar, food market during which Foodopolis opens its doors from morning to evening (from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until after dinner) to all visitors to the ‘Auditorium with all the good of God.

Eleven days of flavors to discover. We are talking about fine gastronomic craftsmanship and authentic Apulian cuisine, as a representation of a generous territory, made up of extraordinary products and entrepreneurs dedicated to the continuous renewal of traditions. Foodopolis: gastronomy, wine and art “great cultural attractors”

To guarantee a complete experience, the winery that ensures, in addition to a careful selection of Puglia wineries, native vines of Lazio and not only for unforgettable tastings. This is thanks to partnerships with certain associations involved in wine production.
