Variety confirmed today (25) that Laurie Holden, known for her role as Andrea in the first three seasons of “The Walking Dead”, has joined the cast of season 3 of “The Boys”.
Holden will bring Countess Crimson to life in new episodes. In the comics, the character controls heat and flies, functioning as a parody of the Scarlet Witch from Marvel Comics. Like Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles), there was a first incarnation of the heroine during WWII, while the second is currently active.
The actress joins Sean Patrick Flanery (Supersonic), Nick Wechsler (Blue Hawk) and Miles Gaston Villanueva (Gunpowder).
