The narrative, which spans eight films and ten years, centers on the constant battle between good and evil, in which Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), allied with his best friends, Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson), face the rise of the dreaded Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) and his henchmen.

Raising more than $ 7.7 billion worldwide, the saga is one of the most successful in film history and ended in 2011 with the release of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 “, as well as the origin of a derivative franchise. titled “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them”.

One of the most shocking revelations from “Back at Hogwarts”, without a shadow of a doubt, was the fact that Watson was considering leaving the franchise. Of course, we couldn’t imagine another actress playing the iconic Hermione Granger, but Watson revealed that the celebrity hit her hard after “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”, when she and the rest of the cast were more mature. and began to understand the weight of show business and the entertainment world.

“That’s when things started to get tricky for all of us. I think I was scared. I don’t know if you’ve ever felt like you’ve reached a tipping point where you think, ‘It’s forever now,’ “she commented in one of her conversations with her co. -star Grint.

One of the cutest and funniest moments of the special was a conversation director Chris Columbus (responsible for the first two films) and Radcliffe had about the late Richard Harris in “The Chamber of Secrets”. For those who don’t remember, Harris played Dumbledore in the long initials, and in a certain scene in Chapter Two introduces Harry to the mighty phoenix Fawkes – and Harris believed the creature, built like an animatronic, to be real.

“You and I had one of the funniest times with Richard Harris,” Columbus told Radcliffe. “We had an animatronic version of Fawkes the phoenix and it was a giant bird that didn’t exist. Richard stepped in, looked at her and said, ‘Wow, they train these animals so well these days.’

Jason Isaacs continued the role of Lucius Malfoy, one of the main antagonists of the saga and father of Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton), but the actor did not originally audition for the character. Indeed, when he was called to read one of the newspapers, he had chosen to play the charlatan sorcerer Gilderoy Lockhart (role entrusted to Kenneth Branagh).

Columbus asked Isaacs to read for the role of Lucius and, reluctantly, he did so with an irritable, tired expression – which is why he thinks he got the part: “I read it with gritted and pretty bored and sure enough he was exactly what they needed, and they asked me to play Lucius. And thank goodness they asked, ”he revealed.

While “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban” represented a major change in the narrative and even in the artistic construction of the saga, it was not until “The Goblet of Fire” that the characters began to know profound hormonal changes – not to mention the young man threw.

In “Back to Hogwarts,” most of the cast spoke about how the fourth film in the saga is one of the easiest and most difficult at the same time – as the turmoil of adolescence, first loves and the first relationships flourished constantly; Radcliffe even said he didn’t need a lot of preparation to play a goofy Harry (since he acts the same in real life).

“Harry Potter” not only introduced a new generation of actors, but also managed to bring acclaimed icons of film and television together in one place: the famous group of British artists known as The Comedians. However, not all of them are with us to this day.

In the second half of the documentary, the cast devote much of the conversation and storytelling to honoring the deceased actors and actresses, including Harris (Albus Dumbledore), John Hurt (Mr. Ollivaras), Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy), Richard Griffiths. (Valter Dursley) and Alan Rickman (Severus Snape).

The “Harry Potter” franchise brought absolutely incredible performances to the big screen – and it wasn’t just the group of veterans who starred in feature films, but also young actors and actresses who wowed viewers. And one of the dynamics that most caught our attention was the troubled and toxic relationship between Draco (Felton) and Lucius Malfoy (Isaacs).

In the special, Isaacs revealed that, in the deleted scene in which the duo enter Borgin & Burkes, one of Travessa do Tranco’s treacherous shops, the actor ended up injuring Felton in the hand – and the young man. used fear to give himself up to the performance. “Draco touched something and I used that cane to say ‘don’t touch anything, Draco.’ But I had no idea how sharp it was, and he hit it hard on Tom’s hand. He looked at me, his eyes teary, and I said, “Tom, I’m sorry, I did. didn’t know how sharp and heavy the cane was. ‘And he said,’ Okay, that’s good for the stage.

“The Goblet of Fire” presents one of the most memorable scenes in the entire wizarding universe: the Christmas ball. However, despite the glamor, dancing, and fun that pervaded throughout the streak, Watson didn’t feel so comfortable, especially being the big star of the prom.

The actress revealed that the moment Hermione comes down the stairs transforms her into a beautiful woman and catches Harry and Ron’s attention for the first time. But the experience of showing up for the event was quite tiring: “Director Mike Newell taught me to walk down the stairs in a robe:” your arms are bouncing too much, you are walking too fast, you have to walk slower. ‘He gave me a million different instructions on how to go down the stairs and sure enough I fell.

After “The Chamber of Secrets”, Alfonso Cuarón was hired to commission the third film in the franchise, “The Prisoner of Azkaban”, promoting a narrative-aesthetic construction that would represent a turning point for the characters and for the future of the promised saga. to Harry and his friends.

To do this, the director asked the trio of protagonists to write an essay exploring the personalities of the characters they played, respectively. Watson has handed over twelve pages on Hermione; Radcliffe handed in half a page; and Grint didn’t give it the try, saying Ron wouldn’t either.
