A real twist hit Italian music in these hours. Indeed The Kolors have lost their bassist Daniele Mona. On Instagram, the musician revealed that he was leaving the musical group led by Stash Fiordispino. Within the group, there is also the drummer Alex Fiordispino, cousin of the singer and former juror of the Amici di Maria De Filippi.

Once again on Instagram, Daniele from The Kolors thanked all the fans for the support and love received for the last tour in Italy which ended recently. Moreover, the bassist explained that for him these were the last concerts with the group, with whom he lived more than ten fantastic and intense years. A personal and professional collaboration with Stash and Alex is therefore closed.

On Instagram, Daniele Mona pointed out that since 2009 every personal and professional experience has been shared with Stash and Alex, whom he considers real brothers. Apparently, however, the time has come for Mona to take another path, albeit still in the seven-note world. The bassist’s intention was revealed by an Instagram post.

In fact, inside it reads: “Over the past year, I have come to understand that nothing is forever and that often drastic even though painful decisions have to be made. For me, it is time to close The Kolors chapter and start a new one”. Daniele however clarified that he will continue to make music but did not provide any details about it. The young man then wished the best to his colleagues and friends, who have always been there all these years. For the moment, the decision has not yet been commented on by either Stash or his cousin Alex.
