Season 2 of “Stargirl” opens next 10 in the United States, and heroine fans can’t wait to follow her adventures against the attraction’s new and old villains.
However, the social life of Courtney Whitmore (Brec Bassinger) will be as eventful as her life as a heroine now that she is having an affair.
In an interview with Comic Book, creator and showrunner Geoff Johns said the novels will be a key part of the story.
“Novel development is very slow on the show, but it’s a fundamental part of the storytelling. I would say that in the case of Rick (Cameron Gellman) and Beth (Anjelika Washington) their relationship runs very deep, but here we will only give hints how to work better with that in the seasons to come.
He continued:
“I can say the same for Courtney and Cameron (Hunter Sansone). But, as long as it’s a relationship that takes time to form, this season will bring a lot of romance as the episodes unfold.
This is good news for those who support couples, as Courtney’s life as Stargirl always leaves her feelings behind.
Recall that ‘Stargirl’ is broadcast in Brazil by Warner Channel, which has not yet revealed the release date.
