Now, journalist Daniel Richtman says Marvel and Sony have decided to comply with all of the actor’s requests to ensure his return.

The studios agreed to pay the millionaire salary asked by Tobey, given the importance of the actor to the project.

The 46-year-old star has yet to be confirmed in the cast, but an announcement is expected to be released shortly.
