· Relaxation techniques such as yoga or deep breathing are great ways to unwind after work or bedtime when you have time to slow down.

· A proper diet and nutrition will help you stay healthy while dealing with stressors in life. This includes getting enough sleep each night, so you’re rested when it comes time for work the next day! Avoid caffeine before bedtime if possible; while it may give you an energy boost initially, its effects wear off quickly over time and cause insomnia later on if consumed too late at night/early morning hours!
