Although Andrew Garfield hasn’t been Spider-Man since 2014, the star is still being asked about the hero’s universe.
Whether it’s the rumors of his return in “Spider-Man: No Return Home” or any connection to the characters related to Webhead.
During an interview with Collider, Garfield commented on the canceled film “Sinister Six”, which would be directed by Drew Goddard.
At the time, the group would be formed by Electro (Jamie Foxx), Duende Verde (Dane DeHaan), Rhino (Paul Giamatti), Doutor Octopus, Mysterio and the Vulture.

“I loved his take on the film because it is so unique, strange and quirky in his creative choices. So I spent a couple of really fun months arguing about this. It would have been nice. Maybe one day he can do that, I’m in the crowd.
In 2015, Goddard spoke to io9 and even commented on his ideas for the film.
“My vision for ‘Sexteto Sinister’ is to make one movie a year, but with a story that won’t tie into the main plot of ‘Spider-Man’. That way we can get the hero to face the villains. without altering the course of his films. In addition, the villains will be the protagonists, we will see the plot from their point of view.
Don’t forget that “Spider-Man: No Back Home” is set to premiere the sextet in theaters, including Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe), Dr. Octopus (Alfred Molina), Electro (Jamie Foxx), Lizard, Sandman and still a bad guy.
The premiere of the sequence is scheduled for December 16 in national theaters.
