In a never-before-seen behind-the-scenes video from ‘No! Don’t Look!”, titled “Shadows: The Making of Nope,” actor Steven Yeun (“The Waking Dead”) revealed that filmmaker Jordan Peele rewrote the script for the feature film after he was cast in the film.

“I think my character was originally not written for an Asian American like me, so we had to rewrite it to be more authentic and true to that experience. We have a lot talked about your family. We talked about his motivations and the trauma he hides – as well as what it meant to be a child star. We created some crazy things.

The same process happened with actor Brandon Perea, who plays Angel. On this, Perea said: “I remember Jordan commenting that I had brought to my character very different things from what he had written, so he would have to rewrite the script to adapt it to these new elements. .”

In the plot, the inhabitants of a lonely ravine in the interior of California witness a strange and frightening discovery.
