‘Scream 4’ is available on Amazon Prime Video!

The new “Scream” debuts in January 2022, and fans have already started marathoning the franchise again. And anyone who hasn’t seen the 4th movie has the chance to stream it.

“Scream 4” remains one of the most underrated entries in the iconic eponymous slasher franchise, and for feature film buffs, good news: the title is available in the Amazon Prime Video catalog!

In the plot, “Sidney Prescott is back in his hometown of Woodsboro, where he survived a series of gruesome murders. She chose the city to wrap up her book launch tour, in which she explains how to stop feeling like a victim. But as soon as she arrives, the Ghostface assassin attacks again. Alongside former friends Dewey and Gale, now married, they will have to face a new series of deaths. To complicate matters further, the town’s teens idolize the Woodsboro Massacre and horror movie fans celebrate it every anniversary.

The film was directed by the legendary Wes Craven, who was also in charge of the other three titles in the saga.

Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette reprized their roles as Sidney Prescott, Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley, respectively. The cast also brought in Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Anthony Anderson, Alison Brie, Adam Brody, Rory Culkin and several others.

“Pânico 4” received a mixed reception from international critics, who praised the evolution of the franchise compared to the previous work, but noted its failure. At the box office, the feature made $ 97 million against a budget of $ 40 million.
