Shock episode in Rovigo: a teacher was hit by rubber balls fired from an air gun. The episode occurred while the teacher was regularly sitting on the chair, inside the classroom, during her lesson time. One of the students fired the rubber balls, which was caught in turn by a classmate sitting at one of the desks. The fact, reported by the site “La Voce di Rovigo”, caused some dismay in the school “Viola Marchesini”, where it occurred. According to the reconstructions of the site, the professor was hit twice: once in the head and then in the eye.

In the video, we see the teacher getting up from her desk, holding a hand on her aching head. The principal, in addition to disciplinary action against the students, notified the police and summoned the parents to the school. “As teachers, more than alarmed, we are heartbroken from a pedagogical point of view – the director of the institute, Isabella Sgarbi, told Ansa – because the children did not perceive the negligence of their gesture.
