According to the RD1 site, city councilors in the city of Içara, located in the state of Santa Catarina, have created a proposal forcing the streaming platform to remove the title from its catalog under “violent content” and the possibility of impacting “the mental health of children and adolescents”.

Created by Edson Freitas, of the MDB party, the motion is a response to parents’ concerns about the messages the show may convey, stating that the episodes contain “explicit violence, psychological torture, suicide, trafficking. organs and sex scenes, using simple children’s games like: “Fries 1,2,3”, “Tug of war”, “Balls” to murder in “cold blood” people who do not reach not the final goal ”.

The proposal was approved on October 20 and has yet to be voted on in plenary.
