“Riverdale”: Season 6 Season 1 Episode Wins Official Synopsis; To verify!

Season 6 of “Riverdale” opens on November 16, and the CW has already released the official synopsis for the first episode, titled “Chapter Ninety-Six: Welcome to Rivervale”.

“Welcome to Riverdale – After the blast that ended Season 5, a new day is dawning in the town of River VALE, where everything is as it should be. Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Reggie (Charles Melton) are now the town’s mighty couple, while Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and Tabitha (Erinn Westbrook) move in together. But with Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) demanding a return to the “old days,” that serenity certainly doesn’t last. And how could Archie (KJ Apa) and Betty (Lili Reinhart) have survived? ”

Recalling that the new episodes will feature the return of Kiernan Shipka as the little witch Sabrina Spellman, from the canceled series ‘The Dark World of Sabrina‘.

The quiet little town of Riverdale is devastated when it is struck by the mysterious death of Jason Blossom, a popular high school student and member of the town’s most powerful family. Archie Andrews, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge, Jughead Jones, Cheryl Blossom, Josie McCoy and their friends explore the issues of everyday life in the small town as they investigate Jason Blossom’s case. But to solve this mystery, the group of friends must uncover the secrets buried deep on the surface of the city, as Riverdale may not be as innocent as it seems.
