Two young students, Maria (Angelique Sabrina White) and Ricky (Ricky Cruz), are on the hunt for a roommate after the mysterious death of their former tenant. After a series of frustrating interviews, they find the seemingly perfect candidate: the polite and calm dean (Jack Shulruff). At first glance, Dean seems like the perfect person to share a house with, but when he starts behaving strangely, the two quickly find out that he’s lying and that he’s actually a violent lunatic who has managed to escape. …
