Italian employees have waited a long time, but it seems that by the end of this month they will finally have some positive and deserved news
The aid decree has already been active since last summer. It is the contribution of the Italian State, to lend a hand to the taxpayers for the expensive life and the inflation, with a not very high premium but always useful for the cause.

Most employees have already obtained the Bonus 200, ie the additional 200 euros on pay paid by the State for the reasons already mentioned. But many more are unfortunately waiting.
After having released, a few weeks ago, the requests concerning the self-employed and VAT numbers, good news should also arrive for employees who have not yet received the promised bonus.
Bonus 200 for employees on October pay: the situation is unblocked
The bonus of 200 euros for those who were not awarded in July should therefore arrive in the October payroll. These are the workers excluded from the first aid decree but put back on track by the recently designed second aid decree.
The employees benefiting from the €200 Bonus in the second installment of payment are those who had an employment contract during the summer period, but were on dismissal, on maternity leave or other event fully covered by the notional INPS contributions. 200 euro bonus
A legislative gap subsequently filled by the aid decree bis, which in article 22, paragraph 1, extended the single allowance of 200 euros also to this group of workers, for whom the payment of the premium is therefore expected with the salary of October.
Employers will pay the bonus to current workers who were not already receiving the bonus in July but who meet the income requirements and have not received a similar allowance.
However, to verify the right, employers must also verify the effective period of recognition of the fictitious INPS contribution: it must be between January 1 and May 18, 2022, even if it is recognized in the following months.
