Unfortunately, the cases of mushroom poisoning keep increasing and many people are also unable to get out of it. Even if the number of the population formed on this subject does not stop growing, many are still those who persist in going into the woods or in the countryside to collect mushrooms without knowing them. The girl had all the symptoms attributable to normal food poisoning such as: gastrointestinal disturbances, vomiting, pain, fever, chills, dizziness and even hallucinations. Local Health Authority mycologists carried out all the necessary investigations and unfortunately decided that the poisoning was caused by a type of fungus called Omphalotus olearius.
According to what the experts tell us, this type of mushroom is among the most poisonous that there can be and it seems that it belongs to the identical Cantharellus Cibarius, which however is edible since it involves a certain imbalance at the level of the interior of the human. organization. . The timely intervention of the doctors was able, fortunately, to save the young girl, but she was hospitalized for several days to follow even though she was completely out of danger.
