This is an advantage for those who have already spent or will have to plan an investment to install the batteries to store the energy produced by the photovoltaic systems. Special accumulators connected to the system which make it possible to store the energy produced but not actually used during the day and which are available again in the evening when the system does not produce it.
The support is therefore aimed at individuals who, in the course of 2022, have these storage systems for photovoltaic systems installed. Existing factories are also included. And they complete the other aids for those who wish to install a photovoltaic system and can benefit from the 50% housing bonus, or the 110% super bonus depending on the work planned.
Photovoltaic bonus 2023, how does it work
So how does the 2023 photovoltaic bonus work? In the form of a tax credit for people who install so-called “integrated storage systems in electricity production plants powered by renewable sources” from January 1 to December 31, 2022.
Finally, the Revenue Agency communicated the rules for obtaining the tax credit with next year’s tax return. To obtain the tax credit, all storage systems are valid, both lithium and lead, associated with a renewable production system such as photovoltaics.
The premium must be requested online directly by the person concerned or through a CADF or accountant by completing the form in the reserved section of the Tax Agency website, accessible via SPID or CIE. The request must be submitted from March 1 to 30, 2023, for expenses incurred during the year 2022. Photovoltaic bonus 2023, the timing of the questions (Pexels)
The measure was financed by an allocation of 3 million euros. At the moment it is not known the amount of tax credit recognized for expenses incurred, in fact, by April 10, 2023, the Revenue Agency, based on regularly received requests, will establish the amount due to everyone. Thus, the tax credit can be used in the tax return submitted in 2023 compared to 2022.
