Synopsis:

Christopher Landon was hired to sign the screenplay. Landon is no stranger to the franchise, as he was responsible for the stories of the second and fifth iterations.

It should be remembered that six years have passed since the launch of the previous chapter, “Paranormal Activity: Phantom Dimension”, which failed at the box office.

Details on the film’s plot or the filmmakers behind the business were not disclosed, but Paramount Pictures hired famed producer Jason Blum – owner of Blumhouse – to develop the seventh sequel.
