“Obi-Wan Kenobi”: Behind-the-Scenes Footage Reveals Ewan McGregor’s New Look for the Series; Check!

Via Twitter, the @mediafilm page posted new behind-the-scenes footage from the “Obi-Wan Kenobi” series.

The photos give a glimpse of what star Ewan McGregor will look like as the production’s main protagonist.

During his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, McGregor commented on the work and gave some details about the character.

“He feels good [reprisar o papel]. I must say I am having a lot of fun. The scripts are amazing and it’s great to work with this cast. And there are new costumes… The new costume [de Obi-Wan] is a little different than what fans might expect, I think it will be a big surprise.

In addition to McGregor and Hayden Christensen, the series will also feature the return of Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse as Luke Skywalker’s uncles, Owen and Beru Lars.

New cast are Kumail Nanjiani (‘The Forever’), Moses Ingram (‘The Queen’s Gambit’), Rupert Friend (‘Homeland’), O’Shea Jackson Jr. (‘Lair of Thieves’), Sung Kang (‘ The Fast and the Furious 9 ‘), Simone Kessell (‘ Reckoning ‘) and Benny Safdie (‘ Rough Jewels’).

Indira Varma (‘Game of Thrones’) has also been previously announced.

Unfortunately, there is still no indication of who they should be playing in the attraction, but updates are expected to be released soon.

Directed by Deborah Chow, “Obi-Wan Kenobi” will consist of just six episodes lasting one hour.

For now, the first forecasts are only for 2022.
