According to ComicBook, brothers Colin and Casey Jost have been hired to write the screenplay for the new film in the ‘Ninja Turtles’ franchise, which is being developed by Paramount Pictures.
It is still not known if the project is the same as the one announced by Seth Rogen. However, according to Deadline, the new film will be a live-action produced by Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Scott Mednick and Galen Walker.
“As a huge fan of the ‘Ninja Turtles’ franchise, the ‘teenage’ part of the characters has always been what I’ve loved the most,” Rogen said a few years ago of his involvement with Collider. “I’m someone who loves teen movies and I’ve played a lot of teenage movies in movies. The idea of building on these elements is very exciting. Without excluding everything else, this concept is the starting point of the film ”.
New information should be published soon.
Don’t forget that the last two live-actions in the franchise, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (2014) and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows” (2016), have totaled over $ 730 million worldwide. .
