Now Netflix is canceling shows BEFORE they even air them! According to Variety, the streaming giant has canceled the animated comedy “Bad Crimes” midway through its production.

Nicole Byer and Lauren Lapkus would be the protagonists of the project.

The plot would follow two FBI agents solving farcical crimes while managing their friendships, ambitions and love interests.

Originally announced in January, production would be directed by Greg Daniels and Mike Judge.

It’s worth remembering that the streaming service was heavily criticized for canceling its original productions without a decent result.

Last month, Netflix shelved the adaptation of “Grendel,” in addition to recently canceling “The Babysitters Club” and “Resident Evil” after just one season.
