“Monster High”: Live-Action Movie Announces Full Cast and Director; To verify!

Nickelodeon recently announced that the live-action TV movie “Monster High Live-Action” has already found both its main cast and director (via ComicBook.com).

The project will be in charge of Todd Holland (“Malcolm in the Middle“), with a screenplay by Jenny Jaffe, Greg Erb and Jason Oremland. Adam Bonnett joins as executive producer.

The feature film will star Miia Harris as Clawdeen Wolf; This Balagot in the role of Frankie Stein; Naya Damasen in the role of Draculaure; Case Walker as Deuce Gorgon; Kyle Selig as Mr. Komos; Marci T. House as Bloodgood Director; Scotch Ellis Loring as Apollo, father of Clawdeen; Steve Valentine as Dracula, father of Draculaura; Jy Prishkulnik in the role of Cléo du Nil; Lina Lecompte in the role of Lagoona Blue; Justin Derickson as Heath Burns; Lilah Fitzgerald as Ghoulia; and Nasiv Sall as Abbey Bominable.

“Monster High” follows Clawdeen Wolf, who was born half human and half werewolf, after arriving at her new school, Monster High. She quickly befriends her classmates Frankie Stein and Draculaura and, for the first time in her life, feels like she belongs in a place where she can be who she is despite the fact that the human remains half-secret. When an evil plan to destroy the school threatens to reveal his true identity, Clawdeen must learn to embrace his real monster and find a way to save them all.

The Monster High live action is slated to air in 2023, with no confirmed date at this time.
