The sequel to the beloved mystery film “Enola Holmes” has finally arrived in the Netflix catalog and is already delighting fans around the world.
Now, in an interview with Deadline, Millie Bobby Brown, who returns to the titular role, confided in the feature film and her relationship with Henry Cavill, who plays Sherlock Holmes – even saying that the friendship between the two is no longer adult and has terms and conditions.
“With Henry, it feels like a real adult relationship. Like, a good, healthy friendship. The one that has terms and conditions. I know Henry. He has terms and conditions with me. I can’t ask you questions. questions about your personal life. It’s like, ‘Millie, shut up. No.’ And I’m like, ‘got it,'” she said.
The sequel sees Enola (Brown) take on her first official case as a detective. This case involves finding a missing girl, which draws her into a dangerous plot that forces her to seek help from her friends and family.

In addition to Brown and Cavill, the film features the return of Helena Bonham Carter reprising her role as Eudoria Holmes, mother of the titular character.
The rest of the cast includes Susan Wokoma, David Thewlis, Adeel Akhtar, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Abbie Hern, Hannah Dodd, Gabriel Tierney and Serrana Su-Ling Bliss.
Harry Bradbeer is returning to direct and Jack Thorne, who wrote the first, will write the sequel.
The film is based on Nancy Springer’s “The Enola Holmes Mysteries” book series which includes six books. The first and fifth books in the series were nominated for the Edgar Awards in 2007 and 2010, respectively.
The first film is estimated to have been watched by 76 million viewers in the first 28 days.
Critically acclaimed, “Enola Holmes” earned a 92% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and has already become one of the most-watched productions of the week on Netflix.
