Mediaset, thunderclap: closes one of the most followed soap operas. Viewers were surprised by the decision made by private television

In place of Una Vita, next month we will find Terra Amara, with new episodes coming to Italy. As for the Spanish soap opera, the last act will be broadcast on November 12.

Soaps are a cornerstone of Mediaset’s schedule. Even after the summer, viewers remained particularly passionate (see ratings) with the story of Una Vita. The Spanish fiction takes place in a mansion in a big city at the end of the 19th century, with the intertwined lives of four bourgeois families and their respective servants. Canale 5 placed it in the lunchtime space, the most strategic one also considering the driving force that Belle and Hommes et Femmes have. Now, however, we are preparing to reach the conclusion of the story, with the ending which has already been broadcast in Spain. Here, as DavideMaggio.it reports, we’ll see the epilogue airing on Saturday, November 12, after 7 years.

Mediaset, thunderclap: Terra Amara returns to replace Una Vita

But who will take the place of the Spanish soap opera. Here too, the response indicated by the specialized portal made viewers happy. It will actually be the beloved Terra Amara that will replace Una Vita. Turkey’s soap opera was discontinued on Canale 5 in September, sparking minimal discontent. Now, from Monday November 14, we will see him again in the program, but at different times.

Indeed, as happened this summer, he will no longer cover the group that precedes Afternoon 5 by Barbara d’Urso, but the one that until now was covered by Una Vita. Also, as was the case for the Spanish soap opera, there will be an extra day of broadcast, also arriving on Saturday instead of stopping at the canonical on Friday.

Broadcast for the first time this summer, Terra Amara immediately won over a large part of the public, causing Mediaset to change its broadcast schedule several times. The audience figures rewarded the choice, with peaks at 25% share. It is precisely for this reason that Canale 5 has decided to make it a regular appointment, exactly as has happened so far with Una Vita. We’ll see if it lasts that long.
