Mediaset is preparing the permanent closure of several fictions and soap operas over the next few weeks. Here’s what it is and what will air in place of Biscione’s beloved current programs.
The great public success of the first episode of Viola come il mare did not arouse any particular surprises. Obviously, the presence of the Turkish star Can Yaman and the gossip about the alleged flirtation between him and the other protagonist of the Mediaset fiction, Francesca Chillemi, attracted the spectators.

The first episode recorded a 20% share, but at the same time, it also raised a lot of controversy. The acting skills of Can Yaman, who also studied Italian so he could work in Italy, were unimpressed. There is interest in the project and many wonder if there will be a second season of Viola come il mare.
Mediaset, as soap operas and fiction prepare farewells
Episodes of Viola come il mare will continue to air until November 4 in prime time. It’s not the only series that is heading towards its conclusion: in the coming weeks, many of Mediaset’s most popular dramas and soap operas will come to the final episodes and the curtain will fall on them too.
During the day, another beloved soap opera from Spain will also come to a natural conclusion. Again, the final episode will air in a few weeks. There will be many twists and turns: Leonor will return after a very long time, while Rosina will have a big surprise from her daughter, who has returned to stay at Acacias 38.
What will come in place of One Life in the coming weeks
Genoveva, mortally wounded by her husband Aurelio, will decide to make a request to the faithful Marcelo: she will ask him to convince Felipe to come back to her one last time. The most treacherous character of the whole soap opera will therefore seem to repent and want to apologize for all the harm done and for the life he has ruined for several people.
A life ended on May 4, 2021 in Spain, the country where it was produced and broadcast for the first time. Despite the many requests, there are currently no plans to launch a new season of Una vita, which will therefore bid farewell to Mediaset. In its place, between approximately 2:10 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., Terra Amara will air.
