Disney + has released a new behind-the-scenes video for the long-awaited animation “Luca,” in which members of the film’s creative team reveal the messages and unravel the world behind the work.

The film marks the directorial debut of Enrico Casarosa.

In the plot, two friends go on fun adventures through the most exciting landscapes of the Italian Riviera, as they also hide a secret about their true identity. After all, Luca Paguro and Alberto Scorfano are sea creatures that take human form on earth.

Jacob Tremblay gives the floor to the protagonist.

Jack Dylan Grazer (“Shazam!”, “It: The Thing”) and Emma Berman (“Dear Mum”) are also in the cast.

Grazer plays Alberto, Luca’s best friend, while Berman plays Giulia, a girl who becomes the tour guide and the new friend of the two strange visitors.

‘Luca’ is set to debut on June 18 on the streaming platform.
