Louis Vuitton and Lego return to make deals, this time for the Christmas holidays. The fashion house wanted the support of the most famous bricks in the world to decorate its windows.

The Christmas frenzy has already begun its countdown. Just look around to realize that. And this holiday magic has already had its effect on Louis Vuitton too. The French haute couture house has once again reached agreements with another important collector’s reality which, every year, with its colored bricks, draws many smiles (and not only from children).

On the occasion of the end-of-year celebrations, Louis Vuitton has already fitted out its windows with the support of Lego bricks. Have you ever wanted a Christmas tree built with Lego bricks? From Louis Vuitton, it has become a reality. The house is thus dressing the first windows of its Parisian boutiques, opting for plastic Christmas trees with thousands of colored bricks.

Christmas for Louis Vuitton is enriched with Lego bricks, starting with the colorful windows of Parisian boutiques, already set up for the holidays from October 29, 2022. As reported by WWD, Louis Vuitton’s commitment with Lego will last until as of January 1, 2022. 2023. It’s an interesting collaboration, given that this year Lego is celebrating 90 years since its founding. For Louis Vuitton and to celebrate Christmas, the Danish brickyard will offer several reproductions of the most famous monuments in Paris, from the Arc de Triomphe to the Pont Neuf.

But, to be more faithful to the partnership, it will also reproduce some high jewelry pieces or characteristic trunks of the fashion house. Inspired by archival images, the intention is to create stacked trunks that resemble the structure of the Eiffel Tower. Additionally, some store fronts will feature exterior designs with a waterfall of Lego bricks. As WWD explains, once the Christmas period is over and the decorations are removed, the bricks will be reused in collaboration with some local schools, for which they will find a new use.

Last year, Louis Vuitton chose to dedicate all of its store windows to the memory of Virgil Abloh, a designer who died at the age of 41 following a battle with cancer. Moreover, for Louis Vuitton, this is not the first collaboration with Lego. Already in 2021, to celebrate 200 years of fashion, she entrusted the company with a colorful brick cake, locked in a trunk designed for the occasion. To compose the cake 31,700 bricks of different colors (white, black, pink, lavender, yellow).
