‘Loki’ arrives on June 9 on the Disney + platform, but the first reactions to the series have already gone viral on social networks.
As expected, international critics raved about the production, praising the originality of the work and the alchemy of Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson on small screens.

The @LokiOfficial show is exceptional. Marvel keeps changing things, that’s all they’ve done before. A focus on the god of evil who gives us our best insight into his character, his fears, his insecurities and his glorious purpose. Oh, and Owen Wilson rock pic.twitter.com/jKERNTakMA

“’Loki’ is amazing. Marvel continues to turn things around, it’s unlike anything they’ve done before.
#Loki has by far my favorite first TV episode for Marvel Studios.
Tom Hiddleston is just too good at the role, instantly picking up Loki from 2012. He’s brilliant.
The first exhibit comes in awesome detail for MCU fans. I really like the beginning. Lots of potential here! pic.twitter.com/wY6HiYzGHC

“’Loki’ has by far the best first episode in the Marvel series to date. Tom Hiddleston is really good at his role, instantly capturing the essence of Loki from 2012. He’s brilliant.
I’m not quite sure where to start to praise #Loki so I’ll just say this is IMO the strongest opening for the Disney + show to date, writing and directing are at a other level. Kudos to @iamkateherron, @michaelwaldron, and @twhiddleston for continuing to push the bar in the MCU. pic.twitter.com/i55dVQKng2

“I’ll just say this: this is by far the strongest opening for a Disney + show so far.”
I’ve seen the first 2 episodes of #Loki and LOVE it so far. It’s a time-traveling sleuth show that lays the foundation for the MCU multiverse while also being about identity and confronting ugly truths about ourselves. Bromance Tom Hiddleston / Owen Wilson is my favorite pic.twitter.com/w9yLLHGEHJ

“I watched the first two episodes of ‘Loki’ and love it right now. It’s a mysterious time travel show that cultivates the ground for the MCU multiverse, all the while talking about identity and confronting the horrific truths about ourselves. The “bromance” between Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson is my favorite.
#Loki is an absolute blast. Tom Hiddleston is back as God of Mischief and gives his best performance yet. The connectivity of this show is obvious and fans will appreciate every detail – Marvel has found a way to expand the MCU and do it in such a smart and unique way. pic.twitter.com/BOHPQVvArB

“’Loki’ is a total adventure. Tom Hiddleston is back as the cheating god and delivering his best performance yet. The show’s connectivity is evident and fans will appreciate every detail.
“Installed shortly after Loki steals the Tesseract (again), it is taken into custody before the Temporal Variation Authority, a bureaucratic organization that exists outside the confines of space-time. Forced to answer for his crimes against the sacred timeline, Loki must make a choice: be erased from reality or help capture an even greater threat.
Despite the few details, it looks like this new threat is Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors).
For those who don’t know, Kang is one of Marvel’s more complex characters due to his many identities over the years he’s faced off against the publisher’s heroes.
Enjoy watching:
Described as a descendant of Reed Richards, Nathaniel Richards was born in the 30th century and had access to a time machine, which allowed him to travel through different eras of humanity assuming different identities in an attempt to become a supreme ruler.
Due to their activities, the Fantastic Four realized their interference in space-time and they became great enemies from there, which led to a series of catastrophic events in history.
It is not yet clear how the character will be revealed in the MCU, so his origin may be changed and other elements may be added in relation to his real self.
The cast includes Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant.
The Kate Herron-directed plot will follow Loki’s adventures in 2012.
He will always seek revenge for his relationship with his father, who put his brother Thor first, and alter every event we’ve seen in the movies, wreaking havoc on his journey and creating a dark and obscure timeline.
Hiddleston has revealed his enthusiasm for taking on new adventures as a beloved anti-hero and exploring his many faces on the show.
“It’s a constant source of surprise and pleasure that these films relate to people. I knew he [Loki] it was a complex figure. Smart and witty but vulnerable, angry, lost and broken. I thought it was an amazing opportunity to mature through the movies.
