‘Loki’ becomes an employee of the Temporal Variance Agency in the footage for episode 01 × 02; Check!

A fan page on Twitter posted two new images from the “Loki” series, showing the cheating god as an employee of the Temporal Variance Agency.

As was made clear in the first episode, Mobius (Owen Wilson) gives him the chance to work for the organization with the goal of capturing a mysterious enemy.

To avoid being erased from the sacred timeline, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is ready to cooperate.

Recalling that the next episode of the series will be broadcast on June 16 at Disney +.

Created by Michael Waldron, the series takes place after the events of the movie “Avengers: Ultimatum”, in which an alternate version of Loki creates a new timeline.

After stealing the Tesseract, an alternate version of Loki is brought to the mysterious Time Variation Authority (AVT), a bureaucratic organization that exists outside of time and space, and oversees the timeline. They give Loki a choice: to be erased from existence to be a “time variant” or to help set the timeline and deter a greater threat. Loki finds himself trapped in his own crime thriller, traveling through time and altering human history.

Tom Hiddleston stars in the production. The cast also includes Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku and Richard E. Grant.
