If there are children, then Kate Middleton always shows her motherly side. Indeed, during a last official visit to some Ukrainian refugees, the Princess of Wales was welcomed in the best of ways by a little girl, who sat on her lap shortly after.

Indeed, yesterday, November 17, the wife of Prince William shared adorable moments with Ukrainian children during a visit to the Ukrainian community center in Reading. Everyone knows about the princess’s love for the little ones, and apparently it seems to be mutual.

Indeed, during his visit, Middleton held a five-year-old girl on his lap who then offered him a drawing with the words “Kate, I love you”. The visit touched on very serious and topical subjects, but the gesture of the little girl really impressed everyone, so much so that she went around the world in a short time.

Kate Middleton returns to meet Ukrainian refugees

Since the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine, Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton have sided with the Ukrainian people. The royal family openly opposed the Russian invasion, and Queen Elizabeth opened the gates of some estates to welcome refugees.

A few months later, the Princess of Wales returned to visit the community centre. During his visit, he wanted to pay tribute to the “courage” of the displaced families by describing their experiences and the support they received from the Berkshire organization. Prince William’s wife was struck by the story of a woman, Galina Bolebrukh, 39, who arrived in the UK with her mother Iryne and three-year-old son Renat.

In recounting her escape from the war, the woman did not hold back her tears, managing to move even Kate Middleton. The princess put her hand over her heart and said, “I wish we could do more.” Shortly after, listening to the continuation of his stories, he added: “Everything that you have experienced is really very understandable”. To date, the center visited by the Princess of Wales is responsible for welcoming new arrivals, ensuring that they do not miss anything. Food, clothing, medicines are the first aid to which the center also adds recreational activities. It is no coincidence that the little girl who so impressed Kate was drawing in a laboratory that helps with integration and socialization.
