“Jurassic World: Domain”: paleontologist praises the realism and commitment to science of the film’s prologue; Know more!

Universal Pictures recently released the official prologue to “Jurassic World: Domain”, revealing the first five minutes of production.

As well as keeping us very excited about the long-awaited sequel to the franchise, the video has also caught the attention of the scientific community, but especially paleontologist Joe Bonsor, an expert at the Natural History Museum in London and the University of Bath. .

In an interview with IGN, Bonsor commented on several aspects of the prologue, noting different details and greater realism and greater approximation of facts compared to previous films in the saga.

“This prologue is different from previous films,” he commented. “I’m really excited to see how they translate these recordings, which have more realism and more recent discoveries, into more modern film dinosaurs. It will be interesting to see how they balance factual science and the creations themselves.
