With the help of trusted hairstylist Adir Abergel, who has blindly followed her for years, she lightened her thick brown hair and opted for a 2000s bob cut that nods to the new generation. Unsurprisingly, the actress renamed it “Jen G for Gen Z.” Or rather, it was her hairdresser who did it.

As Adir Abergel confessed to People, despite the name given to the look, this haircut is suitable for any age so there are no limits. “This cut works for anyone at any age. You can have a transformation anytime, and the hair is a wonderful reboot.” Jennifer Garner appeared with her new hairstyle on the red carpet at the Big Night Out gala held in Los Angeles and hosted by Big Brothers Big Sisters. The actress immediately grabbed attention with a fresh and cheeky proposal, showing off a choppy bob cut, with a side tuft and hazelnut highlighting.

The hairstyle is voluminous, in particular thanks to the work of the expert who explains: “I used the diffuser to bring out the texture and the natural volume of Jennifer, by initially concentrating on the roots. Once they were 60% dry, I moved the heat to the end, which in this case does not dehydrate”. The wavy effect is given by the use of a corrugated iron which gives a soft look and natural.

The actress also later showed off the new haircut in an Instagram post. Being very sociable, Jennifer Garner did not hesitate to share some goodies from the red carpet. She just turned 50, but the actress doesn’t want to give up her cheeky spirit and she proved it with her new collarbone-grazing hair look. In an Instagram video tutorial, she showed how she takes care of her voluminous bob using products from Virtue, a beauty brand whose creative director is Abergel.
