Isola dei Famosi, now it’s official: Mediaset has decided

For years, after the Big Brother VIP, there has been great expectation for the island of the famous: finally Mediaset has spoken out on reality TV

After announcing the return of Temptation Island, from the Biscione network, they also voted for the live reality show from Honduras. Here is all the news concerning the broadcasting of Canale 5.

There is no doubt that the Island of the Famous will return, and it is from the constitution of the previous Mediaset grids that we speak of spring. As public opinion has rightly raised, what does spring mean? We are used to seeing Ilary Blasi in the studio a few weeks away from Alfonso Signorini who turns off the lights of the GF Vip house in the company of the winner and, this year, the end is scheduled for mid-March.

To give a more or less certain date for the start of the Honduran reality show, Giuseppe Candela in his column on Dagospia writes: “Pier Silvio Berlusconi announced the extension of Big Brother Vip (covid permitting, could we say) and the spring arrival of the new edition of Isola dei Famosi. However, he did not give specific indications, he would be working on a finale of the reality show hosted by Alfonso Signorini at the end of March, therefore with new advances in the calendar. From the first week of April, the start of the program led by Ilary Blasi follows with the usual weekly duplication”.

Ilary Blasi will return to the helm of the live reality show from Honduras which, as in previous years, will have a double date on Mondays and Thursdays. It will be curious to understand if, also this edition, will be shared with the Spanish edition Supervivientes and, therefore, it will be necessary to readjust the format to the direct failure, but to the recordings of the same.

In the meantime, as Today writes, the production has already started the casting of the next edition which could begin, roughly speaking, between April 3 and 6, 2023. It also remains to be seen who will be in Honduras with the castaways and in study alongside the presenter in the role of opinion makers.
