On Friday, October 7, the INPS published Circular 110 with which it provided additional details on the date of entry into force of the pensions to be paid by the special management of the self-employed valid both for old age and for early exits. . Have the institution pronounce on the many requests for clarification received by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, as to the effective date to be attributed to these pensions in the event of regularization, after the pension application, of periods of contributions decisive for the law and placed before that.
Quite simply, early retirement begins from the first day of the month following that of the filing of the application, if the conditions allow it, exactly as established by the legislator. To date, following a judgment of the Constitutional Court, it is possible to validly improve the contribution obligation following the contributions made after the filing of the application and relating to previous periods without contribution coverage.

This type of legislation is in place until December 31, 2026: all subjects who have a contribution obligation of 41 years and 10 months (equal to 2,175 weeks) can apply for early retirement if women, 42 years and 10 months (equal to 2,227 weeks) if men. There are, however, specific cases analyzed by QuiFinanza.it that go into even more detail:
for workers who began to contribute before 1 January 1996, some directorates for which the pension is paid provide that, on the aforementioned contribution obligation (42 years and 10 or 41 years and 10 months), at least 35 years of contributions are net of periods of sickness, unemployment and/or equivalent benefits; for workers who began to contribute from 1 January 1996, i.e. those who can access the retirement treatment with the contribution calculation system, the contribution arising from the voluntary continuation, on the other hand , is taxable, while that credited for periods of work prior to the age of eighteen is multiplied by 1.5; only workers who began to contribute from 1 January 1996 can, in addition, apply for early retirement after having fulfilled the age condition of 64 years of age from 2023 until increases in expectation (the condition of 63 years has indeed been raised from 1 January 2013 due to life expectancy adjustments), provided that the following additional conditions are met (i.e. at least 20 years of contribution effective, excluding the figurative, and the amount of the first pension installment not less than 2.8 times the monthly amount of social allowance.
