In less than two weeks, the sequel “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever After” managed to cross the impressive bar of 500 million dollars at the worldwide box office.
Despite a -63% drop in the US, the Marvel feature adds $67.3 million to its stack. By comparison, “Black Panther 2” grossed more in its second week in the country than the domestic debut of “Black Adam” ($67 million).
In total, the production has already brought in 288 million US dollars in North America. Internationally, it was US$258.3 million – including the UK (US$27.1 million), Mexico (US$22.8 million), France ( US$21.6 million), Brazil (US$14.2 million) and Korea (US$14 million).
With an incredible amount of 546.3 million US dollars collected worldwide, the feature film has already become the 7th highest worldwide box office of the year.
