‘Impeachment: American Crime Story’: Season 3 of the anthology has a release date!

FX announced today (03) the official release date for the 3rd season of “American Crime Story”, titled “Impeachment”.

The premiere of the new cycle is scheduled for September 7.

The cast features Sarah Paulson as Linda Tripp; Clive Owen as Bill Clinton; Beanie Feldstein as Monica Lewinsky; Annaleigh Ashford as Paula Jones; Billy Eichner as Matt Drudge; and Edie Falco as Hillary Clinton.

The new cycle is based on the non-fiction novel ‘A Vast Conspiracy: The Real Story of the Sex Scandal That Nearly Brought Down a President’, signed by Jeffrey Toobin.

Sarah Burgess will script the new episodes and will also be an executive producer alongside creator Ryan Murphy and Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Brad Falchuk, Larry Karaszewski, Scott Alexander, Alexis Martin Woodall and Paulson.
