An enviable kindness of soul, the sensitivity of a man who has gone through so much and managed to get through it thanks to himself and his family who gave him very strong shoulders, Stefano De Martino has become a great man starting from nothing and ending up on TV. The Neapolitan showman had the gift of meeting Belen Rodriguez on his trip and starting a family, from which the now not so little Santiago was born.
At Vanity Fair with Mario Manca, the former Amici dancer told an anecdote about the job his son dreams of: “Santi is the one who decides what to see at home: we adapt to him. This What’s great is that we’ve gone from cartoons to Stranger Things. It’s great, our interests meet, and this thing is fun. He’s very curious, right now he dreams of being an animator for Pixar : every time he sees a movie or a series like this, he wonders how they managed to achieve a certain special effect. He does not fall into the trap of illusion, but he is very curious about figure out how to create it. I catch him watching little documentaries about how a Disney character was sought after in design. It’s his bread.”

It’s strange to think that a man as brilliant as Stefano De Martino could be afraid of loneliness, yet this is what he admitted to Vanity Fair: “It scares me to grow old alone”. However, the Neapolitan showman knows how to conquer his fear: “It will never happen because I am such a social animal that I could go to an unknown country and make friends with a bar manager in two hours”.
On Belen Rodriguez, on the other hand, the showman’s presence at Le Iene made a lot of people think without meeting on stage in front of the cameras: “Now that we both have a defined work identity, it would be a shame if the accent was moves to a live kiss or hug. We are so committed to our work and we try not to fuel this thing here, also because I believe we are all saturated now, not only us but also the readers”.
