Moscow’s war against Ukraine is getting bloodier. In recent hours, many cities have been hit by Russia, including Odessa, kyiv and Kharkiv.

Tomorrow the G7 with Zelensky
Germany has convened a G7 leaders’ summit tomorrow, Tuesday (October 11), with Ukrainian President Zelensky to discuss developments in Ukraine following the Russian missile attacks.
The President of the Russian Federation, Putin, confirmed that Moscow had launched “massive attacks against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure”, and warned that the response would be “tough” if kyiv continues to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory, as reported by Tass.
Putin’s Threat to Ukraine
Putin also said that after the latest attacks, Ukraine is on the same level as international terrorist organizations. “The responses will be of the same magnitude as the threats against Russia. In case of new attempts of terrorist acts on our territory, Russia’s response will be harsh,” Putin said, referring to kyiv’s truck bomb attack on the site that connects the country to the Crimean peninsula.
Kuleba: ‘Putin is attacking us because he is desperate’
Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, immediately responded with a series of tweets: “The Russian President was not provoked into launching long-range missile attacks on Ukraine. He attacks us because he is desperate and uses rocket terror to try to change the tempo of the war in his favor”.
Pope Francis: “Humanity is in danger”
Pope Francis invited young people to fight for peace: “As you well know, we are going through difficult times for humanity, which is in great danger. It is true, we are in grave danger. So I say: be artisans of peace around you and within you: ambassadors of peace, so that the world rediscovers the beauty of love, of living together, of fraternity, of solidarity”.
Farnesina: “Gesture that aggravates Russian responsibilities”
From Farnesina comes condemnation of Putin’s siege: “Italy is horrified by the cowardly missile attacks hitting the center of kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. We reiterate our firm and convinced support for Ukraine, its people and its resilience, and at the same time express our full condemnation and our greatest indignation for a gesture which aggravates Russian responsibilities in the context of its unjustifiable aggression”.
