‘Hypnotic’: Alice Braga in a thriller alongside Ben Affleck

Brazilian Alice Braga continues to gain prominence in Hollywood.

After being a part of the cast of ‘New Mutants’ and ‘The Suicide Squad’, the actress was confirmed in Robert Rodriguez’s new thriller, titled ‘Hypnotic’.

Braga will star on the project alongside Ben Affleck.

In the plot …

“A detective engages in a mystery involving his missing daughter and a secret government program while investigating a series of impossible and sophisticated thefts.”

Rodriguez co-wrote the screenplay with Max Borenstein (‘Kong: Skull Island’).

Filming for the film begins September 20 in Austin, Texas.

The release date has not yet been set.
