After The Hollywood Reporter announced that Warner Media executives were developing a series based on the “Harry Potter” saga, many fans were divided over the news.
While some of them are already creating expectations and wondering what the plot of the series will be, others are critical of the decision.

While it’s new that HBO executives Max and Warner are attending meetings to find a writer and a proposal for a ‘Harry Potter’ TV series, no writer or actor is currently involved as the conversations are still on. at extremely high stages. initials and no agreement was reached.
Expanding the world of “Harry Potter” remains a priority for HBO Max and Warner Bros., which, along with creator JK Rowling, controls property rights.
“Harry Potter” is one of Warner’s most valuable intellectual properties.
The news that negotiations are underway for a TV series shouldn’t come as a surprise given the franchise’s value. Rowling’s seven-book series has been adapted into eight films that have grossed more than $ 7 billion worldwide.
