After the departure of Jesse Williams, another actor leaves the regular cast of “Grey’s Anatomy”.
According to Deadline, Greg Germann, who played Dr Tom Koracick for four seasons – after being promoted to Fixed Cast for the past two cycles – will be leaving production and not returning for season 18.
The actor’s final appearance will be in the final episode of the current cycle, which airs on June 3. Despite this, the site emphasizes that there are opportunities for him to return as a special guest in the future.
It should be remembered that “Grey’s Anatomy” has already been officially renewed for the 18th season.
Created by Shonda Rhimes, the series is currently directed by showrunner Krista Vernoff.
The plot follows the personal and professional lives of surgeons and inmates at Gray Sloan Memorial Hospital.
