‘Gossip Girl’: Blog Girl Returns In HBO Max Reboot Trailer

The long-awaited reboot of “Gossip Girl” has just released its first trailer by HBO MAX.

The premiere takes place on July 8.

Karena Evans, acclaimed director known for her work on the ‘Snowfall’ and ‘P-Valley’ series, is responsible for the first two episodes of the production.

The cast includes Whitney Peak, Savannah Smith, Eli Brown, Johnathan Fernandez, Emily Alyn Lind, Jason Gotay, Thomas Doherty, Tavi Gevinson, Adam Chanler-Berat and Zion Moreno.

Kristen Bell (‘The Good Place’) will return to narrate the iconic voice of the blog girl in the new take on ‘Gossip Girl’.

The first season of the new version will have 10 episodes.

The original series, which was phased out in 2012, has become a pop culture phenomenon and showcases a number of names in today’s industry including Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Blake Lively, Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley.
