‘Good Night Mom’: ‘Big Little Lies’ Cast to Play Twins in Remake

According to Variety, Cameron and Nicholas Crovetti (“Big Little Lies”) will play the twins in the remake of the acclaimed thriller “Good Night Mom”, developed by Amazon Studios.

In addition to them, Jeremy Bobb (“The Outsider”), Crystal Lucas-Perry (“Law & Order”) and Peter Hermann (“Younger”) have also been confirmed in the cast.

Naomi Watts (‘The Call’) will star in the production.

Watts will also be the executive producer of the project alongside the directors of the original feature, Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz.

Matt Sobel will direct and Kyle Warren will be responsible for the script.

In the plot …

“Elias and his twin brother Lukas arrive at their house and find his face covered in bands – the result, she explains, of a recent surgery. As Lukas questions the unusual house rules, Elias develops a sinister suspicion: what if the woman under the scarves, who cooks them and sleeps in the next room, is not really his mother?

Released in 2014, the original has an 86% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
