HBO Max posted a new official teaser for the upcoming ‘Godzilla vs. Kong ‘.

The film had the best theatrical debut since the pandemic began, raising $ 121.8 million at the global box office and giving Hollywood hope the tents can return as theaters reopen.

The feature was particularly successful in China, where it raised a whopping $ 70.3 million, in addition to having a solid opening in Mexico, Australia and Russia.

Speaking of which, reviews for the film have been made public by the US press and the film received 78% approval on Rotten Tomatoes – making it the highest rated Monsterverse film.

The first film in the saga, “Godzilla” (2014), is the second highest rated – with 76% approval. In third place comes “ Kong: Ilha da Caveira ” (2017) – with 75% approval. In fourth, and with the worst rating, comes “ Godzilla II: King of the Monsters ” (2019), with only 42%.

The premiere of ‘Godzilla vs Kong’ is scheduled for April 8.
