‘Godzilla vs Kong’: Netizens boycott film after Warner refuses to attend #RestoreTheSnyderverse



As Warner Bros. has already made it clear that they have no plans to serve the #RestoreTheSnyderverse campaign, it appears DC Comics fans are doing all they can to attack the studio.

The most recent onslaught by these hardline fans is to promote a boycott of the movie “Godzilla vs. Kong”, which will also be distributed by HBO Max, Warner Media Group’s streaming platform.

The film has yet to premiere in the United States, but it is already enjoying huge success in parts of the world, such as China, South Korea and Mexico.

So far, the sequel directed by Adam Wingard has raised $ 123.2 million, and this success has Zack Snyder followers worried.

According to the CBR, the boycott is gaining momentum through advertisements on various websites and social networks targeting film criticism, such as IMDb and Letterboxd.

Even without looking at the feature, several users of these platforms give it a single star and post negative comments to put off other viewers.

On Twitter, always Internet users asking that the strategy be repeated in all future releases of the studio.
