‘Ghostbusters: Beyond’ is postponed again

The long-awaited sequel “Ghostbusters: Beyond But Além”, one of this year’s great promises, has seen its first postponed.

Instead of March 5, the film won’t hit theaters until November 11, 2021.

Sony Pictures has announced the postponement amid the coronavirus pandemic that has crippled the entertainment industry, also postponing “ Morbius ” – from March 19 to October, and “ Uncharted ” from October 8, 2021 to February 2022.

In addition to directing, Jason also helped write the screenplay in partnership with Gil Kenan (“Poltergeist“).

In the plot, a single mother and her two children arrive in a small town and begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters, in addition to the secret legacy her grandfather left behind.

In addition to Finn Wolfhard (‘It: The Thing’), Mckenna Grace (‘The Curse of the Hill Residence’) and Carrie Coon (‘The Sinner‘) Paul Rudd (‘Avengers: Endgame‘), the cast also have the back Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Annie Potts and Sigourney Weaver.
