‘First Kill’: Juliette is a vampire who falls in love with the killer in a new Netflix series



Via its Twitter, Netflix announced that ‘First Kill’, its new horror series with lesbian vampires, will be officially released in 2022.

First Kill, my new vampire series, promises because:

1⃣ Vampire Juliet falls in love with Calliope, a vampire slayer she should kill.
2⃣ It is based on a story by VE Schwab.
3⃣ VE Schwab, Emma Roberts and Karah Preiss are executive producers.

The series will be produced by actress Emma Roberts.

The Burns Family (Vampire Slayers): Aubin Wise (Talia), Jason Robert Moore (Jack), Dominic Goodman (Apollo) and Phillip Mullings Jr (Theo). The Fairmont family (Vampires): Elizabeth Mitchell (Margot), Will Swenson (Sebastian), Gracie Dzienny (Elinor) and Dylan McNamara (Oliver).

MK xyz (Tess), Jonas Dylan Allen (Ben) and Roberto Mendez (Noah) complete the cast.

When the time comes for teenage Juliette (Sarah Catherine Hook) to kill for the first time in order to earn her place in a family of powerful vampires, she sets eyes on a new girl in town, Calliope (Imani Lewis). But to Juliet’s surprise, Calliope is a vampire slayer from a famous family of slayers.

The series is based on a short story written by Victoria ‘VE’ Schwab.

Jet Wilkinson (‘How to Get Away with Murder’) will direct the first two episodes.

Eight episodes have been ordered for the first season.

Felicia D. Henderson (‘The Quad’) will play the role of showrunner.
