“Those who know me well know that I like changes and challenges. After seven seasons, it was time for me to look elsewhere. In particular the mini series directed by Carlo Carlei that we shot this summer and which will be broadcast next winter on Rai 1″.

Furthermore, Elena Sofia Ricci made it clear that she also wanted to take a step forward in her career, reinventing herself in a very different and responsible role: “I think I have the mature experience to be a director. I’ve grown a lot over the years. But if I have to tell the whole truth, I would have gladly enchanted myself as a disc between 40 and 50 years old”.

It’s a shame, for the audience of May God help us, that Ricci no longer plays Sister Angela, also considering the excellent relationships created on the set.
