“Falcão and the Winter Soldier”: the mysterious special participation of the series is revealed; Check!

The text below contains SPOILERS!

For a few weeks now, “Falcão and the Winter Soldier” fans have been curious about who would make a special appearance in the series.

And now the mystery is over with the premiere of the 5th and penultimate episode, which featured Emmy winner Julia Louis-Dreyfus (‘Veep’) as Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine.

And while this isn’t a character fans have come to expect, he is someone who can have a big impact on the future of the MCU.

For those who are not familiar, Fontaine first appeared in the Marvel anthology comic titled ‘Strange Tales’, and played an important role as a sleeping Russian agent who helps Nick Fury defeat HYDRA. .

It is not yet clear if he will play a similar role in the new MCU projects, given that HYDRA has already fallen, he could have a connection with ESPADA, the secret organization introduced in “WandaVision”.

Either way, his shocking appearance will have an impact on the MCU, otherwise showrunner Michael Spellman wouldn’t make such a fuss about it.

Plus, Marvel probably wouldn’t hire one of the best Hollywood actresses in the MCU without a big plan, but we have to wait and see what it all means.
