The romantic musical ‘Explota Explota’ is out now on HBO Max. The production premiered last Friday (16) on the schedule.
In the plot, María is a fun young dancer who, in the early 70s, escapes from her marriage in Italy and returns to Spain to be herself, lacking in freedom. At that time, Spain was marked by rigidity and censorship, especially on television. The film shows how even the most difficult dreams can come true in the worst case.
The songs of the Italian queen, Raffaella Carrá, form the soundtrack of this musical film which gives color to the fictional history through its best pieces.
